If a Guest cancels prior to 90 days of arrival, and requests to re-book there is a rebooking fee required of a 20% from the total of the contract. The rebooked week must be within 12 months of the original booking date. The fee is required at time of re-booking. There will be a 50% cancellation refund of the current deposit at time of cancellation if prior to 90 days from arrival. Any bookings cancelled under 90 days from arrival will not be refunded and any deposit will apply to another week within one calendar year from original booked date only.  It is highly recommended that every Guest purchase third party travel insurance to cover any unfortunate emergencies, natural disasters and global pandemics that may occur.  The only exception of a 100% refund is when there is a government issued mandatory travel restriction from your home country or Costa Rica with regards to airlines or country borders being closed. The only exceptions are bookings prior and after the holidays which are non-refundable and non-transferable due to high demands of those weeks.
